So does anyone know if we have to delete the beta client for release or will it just patch to the live version?

Beta client will patch to release client, so no worries. Don't delete it!

Do you have a source from ArenaNet anywhere? Just don't want to end up having to install the entire game on the 25th.

Confirmed just run the client every day and it will DL any possible updates and is useable when the game goes live.

(Ok, maybe not every day.)
