Yes they're all compatible.

If it's just an alternative build and depending on the use you could save some money and get something like the Intel i3-2120

Both CPUs work with the mobo as do the RAM sticks. For future reference, you pretty much look at your mobo and decide from there what's compatible:

Your mobo supports a socket 1155 CPU, so you'll need a socket 1155 processor (which both of the ones you linked are).
Your mobo supports DDR 1333 RAM, which yours is (annoying to read in the title of it, but it's there CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 XMS3).
