Se7en, Zodiac, Matchstick Men, The Prestige and Brick come to mind. May be flexing the desired film range a little though.

The Prestiege and Zodiac. Pretty damn good movies. Sunshine and Lucky Number Slevin, if those count, are equally as good.

3rd or 4th'ing The Prestige and Sunshine is one of my favourite movies and I would include it as a Sci-Fi thriller, for sure.
Also, Silence of the Lambs, The Fugitive, Number 23 (Jim Carrey thriller which I actually really enjoyed!), Minority Report, Valkyrie, The Omen. Being a little liberal with what I class as Thriller there, but they're all damn good movies that get me on the edge of my seat.
