Looking for one pixel border tga for SharedMedia

Heya, been searching all evening for a simple one pixel border for SharedMedia and I can't find one anywhere which is odd considering how popular the look is.

I'd make one myself but Photoshop doesn't work since reinstalling windows, does anyone have one themselves or know where I can find one? Thanks!

Why not use a plain blank tga, set the border width to 1 and set the color to black?
