WoW crashes when I cast Ice Block

Hi. I recently read an interview with a high end PvE play from Paragon and he was talking about keybindings and how the Alt keys can be useful since they are easy to reach with your index finger.

So I remapped all of my keys on my Mage to make use of the alt keys.

Ever since I remapped by keys my game always crashes when I cast iceblock. I remapped it to Alt+F4 since it is easy to reach and I can quickly press it in a panic situation.

Oh, I use /stop casting... /cast iceblock macro. Maybe it is a macro bug but when I actually click the button in works correctly.

I think this must be a key remap bug because my game worked fine for 3 years before I decided to change my keys around. There is no way in hell I am pre ordering MoP when this game still has basic errors in it like this. Your game is broke Blizzard, fix it.
