Sht pc turns to total sht pc over night

Currently all i have is this crap laptop that cant handle any games but has worked fine for watching movies online, youtube and browsing the internet. Then, overnight every time i try to watch a movie or a youtube video at decent quality it lags completely but browsing the internet is still fine. Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is or how i can fix it?

update adobe flash, and update your browser

Gets too hot or it just requires too much of the computer? Eventually clean it for dust.

I use google chrome and that has adobe and its up to date

It doesnt it regardless of if its hot or not and i just opened it up and sprayed compressed air all under the keyboard. Looked fine before that, not much dust.

Beside the url it shows a picture of a piece of paper with the upper right corner folded inwards. Also, even if the video/movie is loaded it still lags.
