Customizable in-game soundtracks

I know I remember Anet saying that there's an option where you can customize the game's music (i.e. combat, town, WvW music etc etc..) into your very own. Let's say I would play Audioslave for questing music or Pink Floyd for town music or w/e. Anyone have the oppurtunity to test this or was this feature even available over the past BWEs?
