[H-25]<Kinetic> 8/8H 5% Recruiting for MoP!

<Kinetic> of Frostmane is a well established guild dating back to 2005. Formerly a top 100 guild, with many members still around from the original core, Kinetic is a hardcore raiding guild with casual hours. We raid as hard as any other guild you will find, but only in our 12 hour a week window.

Previously our two 10man cores were clearing 8/8H, with the first 5% Madness kill on 2/21 (finishing the tier 50th and 85th in the US respectively). As a 25 man guild we we one night cleared DS until 25% before taking time off before the nerf. To experience more difficult content with our 25 man roster, we also turned off the buff for a few hours and were able to clear 7/8H 0% without incident. As we ran out of time, and Madness is rather easy on 25, we didn't both returning to kill it at 0% as well.

Starting at the 25% nerf Kinetic has been on a break to avoid burning out on content that is not only old, but bad to begin with. We will resume raiding ~2 weeks before MoP hits. Do not fear, we've done role call and will have our full roster returning, we just need a few dps to round it out.

We don't recruit for the bench.

Currently we are recruiting the following:

2-3 quality melee dps of any class
1 mage or warlock

Applicants should have a minimum of 8/8H DS experience at a reasonable nerf %, and be able to play off-specs competently when called upon to do so. Applicants from lesser progressed guilds are welcome, but only if you have logs demonstrating to us that you can perform well in a more competitive environment.

Raid times are Tuesday to Thursday 530-930 PST
