Best Motherboard possible for an Intel i5 3570k

Hey guys, im getting an Intel i5 3570k, but for Motherboard, I got so many choices and I dunno which one to get.

My badget is 100-150$ (buying at Microcenter where I get 50$ discount)
I want to Overcloak it to 4,5 - 5,0 GHZ, so if you guys can gimme a good tip for a Cooler, I dont know between Fan or Water cool, which one is better?

I`d like one which has a PCI-E 2.0 and 3.0 because I have a Radeon HD 5770 at the moment, but when I get more money, I want to buy a Radeon HD 7970

    Im buying a 8GB DDR3 for 63bucks or a 12GB DDR3 one, those for 85bucks, the 4GB difference, does it matter alot?
There are some aspects there that I dont understand, for example one is CL10 and other CL9 Deskop Memory Module, wadhelisdat?

    Thank you guys!!

    Motherboard: AsRock Z77 Extreme4

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB, Mushkin Blackline Enhanced 8GB, G.Skill Ares 8GB (all 2x4GB kits, all around 40-45 dollars)

What's your budget for cooler? There's such a huge variety of them nowadays.
PCI-E 2.0 or 3.0 doesn't matter, as current cards do not fully populate the bandwidth available on PCI-E 2.0's 16x. It's closer to 8x right now.
8GB RAM is ideal. Anything over is usually a waste of money if you don't specifically require more RAM.

    I have a Radeon HD 5770 which is PCI-E 2.0, but I also want a PCI-E 3.0 because I want to get a Radeon HD 7970.

For the PCU Cooler the budget is about 60$ bucks or something, Ive seen some cool reviews on some which costs low, but Im not sure

Your 5770 is compatible with PCIE 3.0 slot, physically its not different than a PCIE 2.0 slot. Just, dont worry about that Get an Asrock Extreme4 (or Pro4 if you are really budget limited) , 2x4GB G.Skill Sniper(or Corsair Vengeance) 1600Mhz CL9. For the cooler .. I dont know whats your budget but you dont really need more than a 50$ heatsink for 4.5ghz , going higher than that require alot of voltage and well Ivy bridge dont like that So you could grab a Corsair A70/ Enermax ETS-T40/ CoolerMaster V6/ Zalman CNPS10X .. just to name a few, theres alot of good stuff in this price range

Thank you dude for the tip, I thought I needed a PCI-E 2.0 to be able to use my old 5770, so you say that PCI-E 3.0 is just fine <3

on Microcenter site there is a Corsair Vengeance Series 8GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL10 Desktop Memory Module

    http://www.microcenter.com/single_pr...uct_id=0377025

Do you think it will be enough?

Ill take a take later on the Cooler, but thank you anyway mate!

Would be better. They don't have that silly heatspreader on top that does absolutely nothing except conflict with many CPU heatsinks

and whats the difference of CL9 and CL10 ?

also, the 1600MHz 9-9-9-24 and the other one is 1600MHz 10-10-10-27, is it a big matter?

Having two sticks means that the stuff in the ram can be dealt with much faster because the load can be shared between the two sticks instead of getting stuck on one stick.
