RaF not working

Heya.

I recently had a friend of mine offer me a SWTOR RaF. It was all fine and dandy, he send me the RaF e-mail but I never received it. We've been waiting for more than a day now and nothing yet. Is this normal?

How long did it take your friends to receive their RaF e-mail?

PS. I know the site is currently under maintenance. And I read about the "fix" of registering on Origin with the same mail and enabling "Recieve e-mails from EA". It didn't fix it though. :/

Took minutes to receive mine, certainly less than 5. But a Bioware supporter confirmed, there has been a general problem with *some* emails at least for SWTOR Europe. I couldn't finish setting up my account and one step had to be initiated from their side, which they did when I phoned them.

Did you have to sign up through Origin to get the e-mail? Which e-mail provider did you use?

Be sure to check your spam folder. Sometimes it ends up there. Also make sure he sent it to the right email address.
