ABOUT US
La Cosa Nostra is a small, semi-hardcore Alliance raiding guild located on the US-Kel'Thuzad PvP server. The guild was formed by a small group of friends in preparation for Cataclysm with the intention to progress competitively through 10 man raid content. The tight-knit guild core and raid team is composed of highly skilled and knowledgeable players who have been playing together for years.
We finished T13 8/8 HM while the buff was at 15%. Also of note, we were one of the few groups in Firelands with 6/7 HM down, pre-nerf. After completing T13 the raid team decided to take a much deserved break. With MOP on the horizon, we are looking to get organized and back to business as usual in preparation for the upcoming expansion.
We are recruiting two exceptionally skilled DPS for main raid spots in our core 10 man group. Raid times are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5:30-9 server time. Although rare, an additional raid night may be scheduled should progression warrant it.
RECRUITMENT
We are immediately interested in TWO of the following classes for main raid spots:
Balance Druid or Elemental Shaman
Feral Druid(dps) or Rogue
Holy/Discipline Priest or Resto Shaman
Applicants must be exceptionally skilled with a thorough understanding of their class. It is essential to have extensive HM raiding experience and knowledge of current boss encounters; the applicant's gear should be reflective of this. Previous tier raiding experience can be considered a major asset. Applicants are expected to quickly recognize and understand boss mechanics; as well as, be able to adjust and correct problems in a timely manner. Applicants must be 18 yrs of age or older. Due to the tight-knit nature and small roster of our raid group, near perfect attendance is always required and expected; we do not recruit for the bench.
