Never received Congratulations! You've registered your guild wars 2 account! EMAIL

I prepurchased my game from the guild wars 2 website, and got an email stating Thank you for pre-purchasing Guild Wars 2! I put in my serial code and filled out my information correctly, I'm sure, but I never received the email stating Congratulations! You've registered your Guild Wars 2 account! I have sent many tickets and surfed the customer support page for hours on end.
I purchased the game over 24 hours ago and still have not received the email. If anyone could give me some information, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

The Guild Wars website is also saying the my email address doesn't belong to an account when I try to log in to the forums.
