8/8 HM Resto Shaman and Feral Druid looking for a new home for mists

Thanks for reading. Currently, me, a resto shaman, and our feral druid are looking for a new 10 man guild. We aren't satisfied with the mindset of our raiders going into mists and are looking for a change.

I am ilvl 407 and so is the feral druid. We can raid 2 or 3 nights a week, preferably 2 due to school/work. Anything past 8 EST will work. Can't do anything before because of school.

We are looking for a guild that takes raiding as serious as we do, but like to have a good time as well. We want to compete with other guilds when mop comes out. After reading, please post your real id, or guild website and I will add you as a friend, or app to your guild.

Currently, we are mainly looking for a 10m guild, but will consider 25 mans if they have been raiding together for a while. (Seen too many 25 man guilds break up lately.)

    Again, thanks for reading

[li]We may also consider exceptional applicants of any class.[/li][/ul]

    Introduction:

Monolith is a Day One horde guild on the Llane (est) server. Monolith started as a group of friends that have been raiding together since EQ1. We are currently farming Heroic Dragon Soul and Firehawks and are looking forward to continued success in MoP.

Our primary goal as a guild is to push end game content, while maintaining an environment conducive to having obligations outside of the game. We offer the opportunity to play with like-minded adults who want to enjoy the end game while pushing the content that is available to us. We are currently 8/8 Heroic Dragon Soul, 7/7 Heroics in Firelands and 13/13 HM in T11 Progression pre-4.2, 12/13 in 25s and Heroic Al'Akir in 10s.

    Schedule:

We currently raid a 3 nights a week: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 – Midnight EST. All of our invites start 15 minutes prior to the scheduled raid time to ensure a timely first pull.

Expectations:[ul][li]Must play well with others. Because we are a guild of adults, it is important to us that everyone remembers we are all here to have fun. We have zero tolerance for drama or disrespect. We do not care how good your DPS is, or how amazing you think you are, it is imperative that you fit in well with our guild and treat everyone with respect or you will be asked to leave.[/li][li]Ability to meet our raid schedule. Because we do have limited raid time, and we are trying to push the endgame in that time, it is important that you have the ability to meet our raid schedule. We request that our Members keep 60% attendance, and our Veterans keep 80% attendance. While we understand that the demographic that we are seeking will have things that may arise and may cause them to miss a raid here and there, we do expect you to make a commitment to our guild.[/li][li]Know your class. I think this one speaks for itself. One thing that is unique about our guild is that we do actively seek to help our players improve, but we cannot squeeze a rock to make water. You need to have a level of skill that is commensurate with the content we are currently working on.[/li][li]Be willing to improve. The first step to becoming a better player is recognizing that there is always something new to learn and always room for improvement. You must accept this, and actively seek to improve yourself as a player, as well as constructively work with your classmates so that we can improve as a team.[/li][li]Gear. We have always firmly believed that the player is more important than the gear they are wearing. If you can show us that you have skill, and dedication, we can gear you. While we would like you to have gear appropriate to the content we are working on, not having that gear will not be an insurmountable hurdle to your application.[/li][li]Loyalty. Monolith is a family. We have a high member retention rate, and when we recruit members it is important to us that they want to be a part of Monolith, which means enjoying the good and hanging in there through the bad. We are not a stepping stone to the next best thing. We have been up front and honest with you, and we expect the same courtesy in return.[/li][/ul]If you think that Monolith is a good fit for you, please take the time to complete our recruitment application. You can learn more about Monolith at http://www.monolithwow.com.

Not sure if you're a package deal, but here it is anyways.

Carebears Dont Care is recruiting a Shaman that can play Elemental and Restoration, OR a warrior that can play DPS and Tank effectively depending on the fights need.

For the first month we will likely play 5 days a week with Fri/Sat off, tapering down over time(T/W/Th after the initial first month push generally) starting at 9 PM PST until 1 AM, aka 4 hours. This is a late night oriented guild, for people that have hours that dont mesh well with the average guild, or just prefer playing late.
If you look at our rankings, you can see we did pretty well, with ranks such as H Hagara 49, or H Yorshaj 70 for 10 mans, as well 7/7 H Rag Pre Geyser Nerf. But sadly roster issues kicked in, so we essentially took a break until we could rebuild our roster. Then when we had it rolling around, we killed H Spine in 35 attempts give or take, admittedly after the tendon nerf.

Our goal is to avoid that in MoP. We want to raid hard and get stuff done asap. We have our roster set up and really just fine tuning, and the people that caused issues have been obviously replaced.

If interested, contact us on our guild site(avoid the russian porn, Capchas are hard apparently), or contact us ingame.
Cleavebot/Runebot, Ryme/Scarlynn, Sebin/Simolski, and Salameth are the main people to chat to if you want to take a look.

We are looking to add an additional healer to our team and a feral druid (dps) would be excellent. Would love to hear from you.

We are always looking for outstanding, situationally aware players who enjoy min/maxing and theorycrafting. Feel free to add me on realid, email or gtalk avryel722@gmail.com. For fastest response, please email or pm via our website!

    Guild Name: Occasional Excellence

    Progression: All 25 man - T13: 8/8H T12: 6/7H

Raid Times: 7:30pm-11:00pm CST, Tuesday and Wednesday (trash at 7:15, ontime is 7:25)

    Website: Occasional-Excellence.com

Age Requirement: 18+ required, 21+ preferred

Occasional Excellence is a group of adult, mature raiders that share a common vision: a skilled, progression raiding environment with a reasonable raiding schedule. We take raiding seriously and progress quickly, but we refuse to lose sight of what’s truly important – having fun and maintaining balance. We are an all adult guild, 18+ required, 21+ preferred. OE guild members are adults and act like adults. We treat each other with respect, and in doing so, earn it. If you enjoy linking meters, use terms like ROFLcopter on a regular basis, and want everyone to worship you for the divine gift to WoW that you are, then this guild is NOT for you. If you thrive with a bit of constructive criticism and understand that raiding takes a whole team, not just one elite dps/tank/healer, then consider us!

OE is a guild comprised of skilled raiders who are experts on their preferred class and often many other classes. We expect our raiders to remain current with their theorycrafting and to maximize/minimize in every possible way. Our raiders have strong situational awareness and are always looking for ways to improve.

    Hello!

My realID is tehtattiegurl (gmail account) and our website is notoriety-eonar (dot net). Sorry I can't post links, I don't post often. Please take a look and see if we might be a good fit for the both of you.

    TL;DR Version:

    Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to check Notoriety out. We are a fairly new guild as we were created at the beginning of Casteryclysm and didn't begin actually raiding until the end of t11. We've done our homework and worked hard and become an end progression raiding guild. We focus on fun, but that is not to interfere in our raids. Our goal is to down bosses.

    Weekly Schedule:

We are currently 8/8 hm in DS as a 10m guild. Our goal for MOP is to return to our 25m setting.

    Tuesday: 8p - 11p EST - 25m progression raid
    Wednesday: 8p -11p EST - 10m progression raid
Thursday: 8p-11p EST - 25m progression raid (continuation of tuesday's raid)
    Friday: rbg/arenas
    Saturday: old content - 10m casual/alt raid
    Sunday: rbg/arenas/old content
Monday: 8p-clear cleanup raid for t/th - this will be in a ten man setting and will be optional for those who were in the 25m

The above is a tentative MOP schedule based on our current raids, rbg, old content times, and the assumption we will recruit enough to return to a 25m setting. This schedule is subject to change in MOP; however, the change would be slight - please talk to an officer in game or make a note in your application about any questions or concerns you may have regarding our proposed impending changes.

Please be sure to read the Guild Rules, Loot Rules, and Progression Raiding Rules before you apply.

--If you still feel Notoriety will meet your needs, as well as you fitting in nicely here, please continue on--

    Current DS Needs

    Monk [Tank] - High *

*We are going to be raiding the first week the raids are released, if you can level up in an adequate amount of time as well as be competitively geared for raiding - we're looking for you!

Our goal is to have a competitive roster so we are going to start out with an overabundance of raiders and trim down from there. However, during trim down, be advised, we will always maintain more raiders than we "need" to err on the side of caution and replace people as needed. This promotes healthy competition between raiders as well as guarantees never needing to wait on a single person.

    How Notoriety defines exceptional:

The ability to accept constructive criticism about one's performance and apply it, the desire to know one's class inside and out, the drive to consistently be checking for updated information about one's class/role and applying it to one's character, making sure you are at the best possible output for your role prior to scheduled events. Being available and on time for every scheduled and confirmed event to the best of your ability, being optimistic and respectful in all WoW events especially with guildies. Having a "team" first attitude which allows the betterment of the team come before the betterment of individuals.

You might not have the experience yet, but you have the motivation and the drive - and it's you that we want.

Please apply at our guild website: notoriety-eonar[dot]net
