I doubt AC3 will be CPU bound so the obvious upgrade would be a better GPU. Perhaps a Radeon 7870 can be found for that price.

I'd definitely consider a Sapphire HD7870 from here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-111...5022576&sr=1-1
It was the cheapest that I found and this model comes with a custom cooling design for lower temps and noise.
