computer info going into mop

alright so going into MoP I want to try and run it at high if not ultra settings. that being said, my system can run everything in cata on high (well, the high settings) except view distance (very little framerate difference though) and moreso shadows and liquid detail. ok mostly shadows. 90% shadows. if I put shadows on fair I can't run it higher than 15 fps, although my gpu supposedly supports "good" level shadows. this is probably because it's an integrated gpu.

here are my system specs.

AMD Athlon II X2 255 Processor 3.10 Ghz (dual core)
1 TB hdd
Nvidia GeForce 9200 gpu
220 watt psu
4 GB ram
windows 7 64 bit

would I be capable of running it on high or ultra just by upgrading my psu/gpu?

Edit: my WoW settings, I get about 25-30 fps with these settings.

Texture Resolution - High
Texture Filtering - 4x Antisotropic
Projected Textures - Enabled
Shadow Quality - Low
Liquid Detail - Low
Sunshafts - Low
Particle Density - Good
View Distances (all 3) - Fair

If you can run the game on high with that kind of hardware I guess you are running a pretty low resolution, exactly what CPU is it you have and what resolution are you using?

resolution - 1920x1080

and like I said I get about 25-30 fps with most of my settings turned up a bit. I lag a bit on say yor'sahj or zon'ozz black phase but that's about it. I'll update the main post with my settings in a sec.
