Windward heart normal or Eye of blazing power Heroic.

I am a Holy priest, 400 item level. I am currently debating whether or not to use the windward heart normal 397, or the Eye of blazing power heroic 391. I am asking for heroic progression through spine and madness tonight, so fast responses would be nice thanks

Windward heart has been amazing thus far. I haven't used the eye for months, I used Heroic Seal and the Spine trinket until a few weeks ago when I replaced both with the heroic spine and heroic windward trinkets. From my WoL reports windward does about as much healing as the Healing Mace and PoM.
