    Approve my workout/nutrition plan?

    Hey guys,

    Not looking to spark something up or anything, just wondering if one of you felt comfortable enough with the gym/workouts & nutrition so I could PM one of you with my idea. I'm already on the said diet, starting @ the gym next week. It would be nice if you were comfortable with the daily intake of protein/carbs & supplements. Let me know,
