Playing from Korea?

As the title says will I be IP blocked? Korea has a lot of gaming companys and issues when it comes to IP block, like I can't play SWTOR, or a lot of the global versions of popular mmo's because there is a licensed korean version of it.

I did read the FAQ where it said Arena net wont block anyone from any region in the world to play, I just want to make sure this is 100% positive.

I'm pretty sure Korea is ok since they went to a convention there and NCSoft is based out of Korea.
