Actually, not at all. This outfit was one I already had, but with different dyes. I only used a makeover kit from my achievements ^^ So it didn't cost me anything.

It's one of the starting masks for necros. Just make one and as soon as you finish the first quest, go buy a "white" headgear from an armor vendor and head back to a town. Use a yellow transmutation stone with the two items (the white you just bought and the mask). That will make the latter account bound, so put in your bank and get it on your ele

If you are lvl 80 use the blue stone to apply the look to your gear.

First outfit is of course sylvari plant themed. I need TA chest for it but damn, 330 tokens grind... urgh (as for know it's just without any chest). Also, I've discovered that TA chest covers gloves on which I've spent 12g (cultural tier 3) >.> FU ArenaNet. Also can't find any cool headpiece. All of them clip with my hairstyle.








Second one is fairy outfit. I've finally made it. Of course without any headpiece >.> (icelord's diadem isn't dyeable and clips).
Both wand and focus leave sparking dust. They also glow. I'm suprised that this wand is so unpopular.

And thanks for thumbnail instructions. I couldn't find out how to make them CLICKABLE thumbnails (so they redict to fullsize image).
