    anyone else getting this

    I droped my hit and exp to 7.5% and on a raid dummy i am getting yellow misses. i thought the hit cap for yellows was 7.5%

    Correct. The game is now optimized towards level 90 raiding. ?? mobs are now level 93.

    Practice on the level 85 normal dummies.
