It turns out that 4 Alliance quest achievements have been merged into two, Loch Modan and Wetlands quests and Westfall and Duskwood quests.
As soon as I saw this I was a very happy horde because I know what this change means. This has been done by Blizzard because of the 20 achievement point advantage Alliance had over Horde, so now people competing for the top points are now even and not required to be Alliance to have an advantage. Is anyone else happy that this has been adjusted?

Not really. It didn't matter to me before, and it doesn't matter now, which is how it is for most players I'd imagine. I guess it makes a difference for those who had all the achievements done, but that's such a tiny, tiny subset of the WoW population that it doesn't impact many people at all.
