When I lose weight I skip breakfast and eat 3 500 calorie meals at 12, 4, and 8. When I want to gain weight, I eat 6-8 meals a day. It is so much easier to skip breakfast than it is to eat less at night.
Yeah, I didn't intend to mean breakfast, but the 1st meal of the day. You eat the most 1st meal, and then lower your carbs with next meals.
Eat fresh foods.
...if it comes in a box toss that shit out. Even the 'healthy' stuff out of the box is often times not that great for you compared to fresh fruits, veggies, and [some] meats.
