Titan Panel is pretty similar to FuBar.
And you can also use LDB based replacement like DockingStation or ChocolateBar with broker plugins.
It's just a bar. Plugin versatility is what makes it powerful and most fubar users missing their favorite features have made plugins that do same thing as fubar ones once did. You should be able to recreate it completely with alternatives in terms of what it shows.

Powerauras. It's the single addon I use for my shaman apart from omen/recount/dbm that I can't live without. Stupid Maelstrom Weapon stacks

WIM, DBM are the two must have for me right now. Satrina Buff (which no longer works) I recently replaced with Aura Frames, another must have for me.
I like being able to move the debuffs/buffs and resizing them to my liking. Really love Bartender and other bar mods like it. I prefer having a bar mod than to be stuck with the stock ui. All the other addons I have I could do without I am sure or learn to live without.

If I could only have 2 addons it would be DBM and Elvui hands down, Lots of options, but not overwhelming, clean looking, fast set up.

Then you never updated it or was trying to run an addon that conflicted with it. It's usually bug free within a week or so of a patch.
