I don't suppose anyone could explain this to me please:
What exactly is it that the server can't keep up with?
(ps.. Task Manager shows: 12% CPU usage on a i7 2600k at 4.5ghz)

You're running 39 plugins and the server cant keep up with them all. Try uninstalling some.

opps sorry should have updated this.... guess I forgot since no one replied... it was because someone built a powerplant in creative and apparently having a 50x15 wall of glass cable covered in mfsu's and layered 5 times creates some issues....
