Where to get the best Karma items in the game?

The best karma gear is from vendors in the ruins of orr after you have successfully take back a God Temple. Each piece of gear is 42k karma, so it's pretty insane lol.

They are indeed. But what can we expect once they're back up ? The same insane prices as the other vendors require ?

I'd wager they will be upping the cost to somewhere near cultural armor cost.
