Something odd happened last night.

Kitty has 125% baseline movement
Feral Swiftness takes it up by 15% to 140%
Prowl lowers it by 30%
Glyph of Prowl removes speed decrease by 100%
Stealthed kittys move at 125/140% depending on whether they have Feral Swiftness I hear you shout!
No, Stealthed Kittys move at 151% with FS and Glyph of Prowl!

The worst thing about it is your legs go mental. Why can't we just have normal run animation while stealthed instead of hyped up stealthed animation!

It was worse at first. The 100% prowl movement reduction actually ADDED 100% onto the total. I actually had 244% speed in prowl on patch day >.>
