Error code 3002:1008:1:462

Frustrated gamer here!

Basically bought the game installed it and registered the account but when I went to login it said my email account did not exist!

I never owned GW or signed up for beta this is the first time I have ever tried to play this game its all become very frustrating indeed.

I sent a ticket to support right away but as of yet still await any form of reply...48 hrs and counting.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a fix or is it the case that my account got insta-hacked?

Any help/info on this matter would be appreciated
