Just wanted to post it here if anyone doesnt have guild rep at exalted.
Every Saturday there is an NPC in ogr called Grinkle which gives you a quest for STV fishing contest and atm he is , imo bugged, since you can complete the quest he gives unlimited number of times.

Well if he feels bugged then I think using his "bugged" state to achieve something sounds like a terrible idea.

just to note... theres an easier way too. i started a new toon in a guild and for every quest u hand in u gain about 100-180 rep.. without a tabard on.. handing in 250 quests will get u nearly exalted.. as guild rep isnt capped anymore per week. i spent around 8-10 hours lvling and the next day i had gone from neutral to exalted lol.
