But what about the people that already did it every week and thought they got lucky? Would be a bit harsh to take it away from those.
Try doing it on my realm with a PUG, you will be surprised how easy you wipe on the first transition. (No, I can't handle all adds on my own )

Lists it as guaranteed drop :P.
It is official, not sure why but maybe to give 4 people in a normal raid a chance to get one.

Personally I think that they might as well leave the heroic mounts from Firelands and Dragon Soul at 100%. While one could argue that adjusting the drop rates of such mounts, or even removing them, is the way to go in order to preserve them as prestigious status symbols, these two are already accessible and commonplace. Nothing good will come out of any adjustments at this point.

Maybe they did it because it'll go to 1% in MoP, to let people who tried to get it for so long actually get it. Or maybe it's going to stay, who knows.
Well I doubt they are gonna fix it, As it is such a short time til MoP anyway.
Ignore this, blizz site not working.

I reckon it is probably a bug but I don't think those that got it would lose it... For 1 thing it has always had a small chance to drop on normal (I saw it once on normal mode myself a few months ago).... So how would blizz decide if you got it due to the bug or due to the tiny normal mode drop chance that has always existed ?
Shame I already got mine from heroic Rag. Oh well!
