    I wasn't paying attention to pvp in 5.0.4 but

    Is it normal for 403 soulbound gear in bags to be automatically downgraded to 390? I just noticed.

    edit: Ah, nevermind, I guess it's the +power thing; and normal.

    PvP ilvls have been reduced to make them less appealing in PvE use.
