Simply put, i can't buy anything off Steam.

I get the message "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance." pop up when trying to buy something.

I first thought maybe my card was rejected, but I can buy stuff with it off Amazon fine and I tried my mates card and they don't wanna let me buy anything either. I've tried purchasing other items, still nothing, and then I tried PayPal.

PayPal didn't work, BUT, I was trying to buy Tera and I instead went to their website to buy it, and couldn't use PayPal there either.

So, my card works but I can't buy from Steam or via PayPal, and I can't buy with a friends card. Anyone else having this problem or is it on my end?
