Would it be possible to overclock with turbo mode with variable voltages?

On my i7-3770k, 4.2 GHz @ 1.175V hits a stress temperature of 70C on LinX. In contrast, 4.5 GHz @ 1.1275V has a temperature of 80C. By manually disabling 2 cores in bios, I was able to hit 4.5 GHz @ 1.1225V (same offset as before) with a temperature of 70C.

Although the ratio synchronizing control on the ASUS p8z77-v allows me to set different speeds for different numbers of cores, it doesn't seem to allow me to set different voltages for different number cores. For example, I would like the mobo to use +0.050 for 1-2 cores and 4.5 GHz and -0.050 for 3-4 cores and 4.2 GHz.

Do any motherboards support drawing your own voltages/ratio tables?
