Perfomance problem on a new PC: i5 3570 + Radeon 7870

I recently brought a new PC: i5 3570k which is OCed to 4,5 ghz, 8GB DDR3-1600 Corsair and a Radeon HD 7870 2GB DDR5.
but on games like Guild Wars 2 everything running on High ( no reflections and distance option ), I keep getting 30-40 FPS which is kind annoying.

That also happens on WOW, in the middle of SW I get 30-35 FPS, that's kinda sad, can you explain me what's happening?

I've tried Skyrim too, i get some laggging which annoys alot

even Diablo, on everything on MAX, while I pull alot of mobs, the lag starts!

have u checked your temperatures? Updated your drivers? Rolled back to an older revision of drivers? etc etc?

CPU is runnin at 40-43° Celcius, so It's kinda fine.

I got a Asus P8Z77-V LE as MOBO

for the drivers, everything is on date, that's driving me crazy
650W Power Supply is enough, right?

sometimes the newest drivers might not be the best, so its advised to roll back to a stable driver set if experiencing problems, or try a beta driver etc.
