    [Bio] Allistar Crowledge

Hi there, first attempt at a character, my lore is patchy at best and I'd love some help.
I know that most wont appreciate a Forsaken being conflicted - but I think it fits :P

    Name: Allistar Crowledge.
Age: 17 at his time of passing, only 8 months into his undeath.
    Race: Forsaken, previously human.
    Gender: Male.
    Class: Reluctant priest.

Languages: Gutterspeak, Common and passable Orcish.

    Faction: Horde

Personality: Conflicted and confused, lonely and untrusting - in search of guidance.

Likes/Dislikes: Has developed a bond with his pet rat (Ronald). Loves fishing and attempting to whistle through the rotten hole in the side of his cheek. Enjoys sunsets and all topics of conversation.
Dislikes all users of holy energies, which is unfortunate, given his only talents are priestly.

Appearance: 5'6, (previously) overweight, carries his fishing rod and tattered hat wherever he goes. His skin is a paled, clammy blue with a distinctive hole in his left cheek that he uses for whistling and covert whispering, and has a large chunk of flesh missing in his lower midriff.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Cooks a mean fish stew, but no longer enjoys it. Instead he allows his pet rat to sit in the space where his stomach previously was, and feeds him via his throat. He likes to think of this as helping.
His main weakness, aside from his terrible physical condition and mental state, is his self-loathing because of his priest class. It makes him reluctant to use his powers, through fear and confusion, when he or his allies desperately need them.

History: Allistar Crowledge was the son of Marie and Jonathan, residents of Southshore. Jonathan was a travelling salesman and Marie was a healer in the church. Allistar grew up on the shores and the docks and developed a love for fishing and cooking - perhaps too much of a love, as he fast grew outwards too. He had no real friends to speak of, and spent his days talking to himself, or to his imaginary friend (also called Ronald), who promised never to leave him alone.

Jonathan was out of town peddling his wares, when the Horde descended on Southshore. Allistar could see the fires above the hills as he stood, fishing rod in hand. A young man now, Allistar stumbled backward as he saw an Orc bounding toward him. Possessed by fear, he turned and ran - soon finding himself atop a large cliff. The Orc snarled as he approached, sensing the fear. Running out of space to backpedal into, Allistar turned and looked out to sea, and before he had a second thought the Orc had launched him into the sea.

Knocked unconscious by the fall, Allistar promptly floated out to sea and drowned. His lungs filled with salty water and the marine life picked at his chubby corpse for who knows how long, before he washed up on the shores of Silverpine forest - just 8 months prior to today. Found by a undead scout and dragged to the Dark Lady's command post - Allistar was raised in a pit with a score of other corpses.

Sitting by a fire, Allistar attempted to rid himself of some of the water he'd taken on, fighting between his new persona and flashbacks of his previous life. He would spend the next 8 months trying to figure out what he was, and why he existed.

He seems like he'd be uniquely socially awkward. Almost cute!

Here's the thing. Forsaken priests don't typically use 'holy' magic. Because that would require contact with the Light and as we all know, the Light is pretty much the anti-undead weapon of choice, the Forsaken tend to go for something a little less masochistic. What I'm saying here is that they're shadow priests. Nearly all of them. [urlhttp://www.wowpedia.org/Cult_of_the_Forgotten_Shadow]Check this out[/url] if you haven't already. Allistar doesn't necessarily have to be filled with a sense of self-loathing because of the whole holy magic thing!

Of course, if you want him to be a self-loathing masochist, that's okay too!
