Few quesitons

Hello guys, I have few questions for you today

1. How much parry/dodge/ I need to have in (MoP)
2. How much mastery (it says I have 55% in wowarmory and in game it says I have 25% (block)) where should I check? in game it says 11% block and 51% crit block or something like this.
3. Where will we raid at the beginning of MoP (whats the first raids)
