Looking for Announcement Addon

So, I know about RSA, and this is not a question about that. I remember an addon, that when someone in the party would summon a soulwell, or a mount that you could repair on or something like that, the raid leader (if installed) would announce who it was and what was summoned.

Anyone know what this addon is, or used to be called?

There are several addons that can do this.

Those are the ones I know without searching for more. But you'll easily find a list of the addons that can announce those things by searching for raid leader addons.
