    Why hasn't this been established yet? Is it 1 or 2 stacks of TFB that makes HS better than slam?
    Also, if I have 1 stack and it's about to expire, should I use HS or leave it and use slam?

    Slam will be better by like 5%, might aswell use that proc and use the empty GCD for something else, or even a slam if you can afford it.
