Mist of Pandaria Weakauras

Has anyone had a problem with auras that track their Fire Totem and Spiritwalker's Grace in the last few days? My weakauras that track those for me suddenly started to only show the icon rather than the timer text too.

I had that with a proc timer once. But I just went in and re-activated the timers.

This is a little off topic, but in your UI, your character bar and target bar are circles with percentages. Is that an addon? if so, what one?
