25% stamina in blood

Hey there!

before the new patch i used to have 192k in blood presence
and after the new patch i still had 192k

did they already change it or just the what the pressence is supposed to do
because it already ses 25% but i didnt see any difference

As stated by the others, it was simply a tooltip fix, it was in the release of 5.0.4 I believe.
