So far so good with my GTX 680 (really can't tell much of a difference from the beta drivers I was using).

Assuming you still have the 560 TI, were you getting this in GW2? I saw the same issue sometimes in the middle of a session on the previous beta drivers, I would notice my FPS dip and enable EVGA's overlay to see the card locked at 2D clocks. Only way to fix it was by restarting the game.

It may have also happened in other games, but the only thing I've been playing is CS:GO and 405Mhz clocks wouldn't really make a dent in that game's FPS.

Mostly playing GW2 atm. One thing I've noticed after using the drivers now for a full day is I haven't had any driver crashes like I did with the beta drivers. At least once a day with the beta drivers, in GW2, they would crash and my fps would go from a solid 60 fps to 10 fps and the game would become real slow and choppy. A game restart would fix the problem it was jut a pain to have to restart the game espically if I was in a WvW queue or in some big event.

Before the update games were crashing with that 'display driver has crashed but windows has recovered' error. Still getting it after the update. Gtx 560ti.
