[A] Endeavour Auchindoun EU - Recruitment - 3days/week - 10man
Endeavour is a 10 man Raiding Guild, that's been together since April last year on the server Chamber of Aspects, but decided to transfer to Auchindoun in January.
We aim to sustain a good level of progression, without being too hardcore, and making sure that the members have as much fun as possible while in the Guild. We often do Arena, Battlegrounds and older Raids during non-Raid times, and spend most evenings up until late on Mumble.
We Raid three nights a week on Wednesday, Sunday and Monday at 20:00-23:00 server time.
What we expect from you
1. We are a small guild with a strong sense of community. All trialists and members are welcome, but if you waste our time we will be will waste no time in removing you.
2. Your character is you. Put the most effort you possibly can into every aspect of your being. Professions, Talents, Gear, Enchants, Gems, and more importantly, your knowledge of your class. We will see this in your application, and your interaction with members. Do your best.
3. Experience in heroic raiding
4. Be friendly towards your guild mates. They will make jokes of you and you will get a chance to hit back.
5. Everybody makes mistakes therefore you have to be able to take criticism.
6. Fluency in English, a microphone and Ventrilo installed
7. Be 18 years of age. We don't recruit raiders below that as the only exception being socials.

1. Respect, a friendly atmosphere and a home. We have many members with membership spanning the entire length of the guild. We are a guild here to stay.
2. Real progression on hardmode content. We push for content and we do it properly taking into account every factor.
3. A real chance at raiding. We are strict on our numbers, and benching is something we do not share a love for.
