[A] <Reckoning> US 18 25M LF ROGUE LOCK BOOMKIN for T14 Progression
Reckoning of Mannoroth is a hardcore raiding guild. Expect a serious progression raiding experience, and please make sure you read our expectations before applying.
We're still looking for a few specific classes to fill out our roster for Tier 14 progression.

Pure DPS classes should be able to play all 3 of their specs at an extremely competitive level. Hybrid classes, we prefer you to be able to play at least 2 of your 3 specs. If you're recruited, you will be raiding.
Many of our best apps do not come from other top US raiding guilds - they are the best of their current guild or server and they want more out of their time.

Our main focus is PvE. We consider PvP talent to be a bonus, not a requirement. We also have our share of achievement-chasers, with some of our members high in the competitive AP totals.
* Our expectations:
- You must have a good attitude, the ability to take sometimes harsh criticism, and not bring any drama. If you enjoy chasing female players, can't take being benched for an encounter because of raid comp, can't take criticism, or burn out on our schedule, we're not for you.
- We are used to progressing through content in a matter of days or hours (not weeks), and we measure raider performance not by how they look on recount but on their raid awareness, commitment to attendance, and proactive decision-making.
- Show up on time, participate in the guild environment, and not login to raid and then vanish for the day. We have many players who are still around and doing things at 3 AM, and we often hang around to discuss a raid after it's officially over.
- Stay until a raid finishes and WANT to stay until the raid finishes, and this may be late into the night during progression. We're not interested in players who show up to raid dead tired or need to leave at 10:30 server time because they have work at 3 AM.
- Have a solid connection. Serious connectivity problems will end a trial, regardless of if "they will be fixed soon" or they just came up suddenly. We need people prepared to raid now, not in two weeks.
What we offer:
- A drama-free, stable, and fun raiding environment. We run alt raids, we do 5-mans, and we incorporate people into the raiding core. We don't all vanish after raid ends.
- Hardcore raiding atmosphere and progression. You'll see content before everyone else does, get it down faster than they do, and clear tiers well before the next one comes out. You'll raid on the PTR extensively when new content is being tested, and you'll also play with a group of exceptional players whose number one goal is competitive progression.
