My debuffs biggerAND portrait covering frame

Hai. I'm trying to find a ui that will let me do 2 things.

1. Make my buffs and debuffs bigger in relation to all others. Xperl and Pitbull can do this, Stuf and LUI can not.

2. Make the 3d portrait overlay the entire frame with a light alpha (~15%). Stuf and LUI can do this, Xperl and Pitbull can not.

Any ideas? I know it's pretty specific, but hopefully I can get lucky.

As far as I know, you can do both things with both Pitbull and Stuf, haven't used LUI or Xperl to say if you can or cant in those.

Pitbull lets you put a portrait next to the frame, but you can't resize it, move it, or adjust alpha. Stuf lets you do that, but you can't make your own debuffs bigger.
