Question regarding DS lockouts and boss'

Our raid leader and most of our raiders have killed Spine of Deathwing HC.

Can we just skip spine and just kill madness, or is a spine of deathwing HC kill needed by all of the members, every week in order to go onto Madness of Deathwing HC.

1 person in the raid(RL) needs to have killed 7/8 hc for madness to spawn, similarly you need 6/8 hc killed that lockout to pull spine.
So in reality you could take 9 unsaved alts an kill madness, but rl/person to enter raid first, needs those killed, in the same lockout, every week.

Each week that you want to pull/kill H Madness, you must have cleared the first 7 on heroic, or have a saved 7/8H lockout. People having previously killed 7/8H doesn't affect you being able to change Madness to heroic; only having killed all 7 on heroic for that specific lockout allows H Madness.
