"I will say, I think it passing odd that I am loved by one for a kindness I never did, and reviled by so many for my finest act."
With Charr having that whole Steampunk Kilrathi thing going they seem like a natural fit for warriors and engineers. Well, actually any class that can use rifles or pistols.
Sir Robin, the Not-Quite-So-Brave-As-Sir-Lancelot.
Who had nearly fought the Dragon of Angnor.
Who had almost stood up to the vicious Chicken of Bristol.
And who had personally wet himself, at the Battle of Badon Hill.
There's a reason charr thieves get their own legion!
Though my charr necromancer fit in quite well as ash legion as well. He looked pretty damn sneaky and malicious with daggers and the mean-looking cowl from that karma vendor just outside the northern gate of the Black Citadel. The only headpiece I liked as much as the starter necro mask.
I hope you haven't forgotten my role in this little story. I'm the leading man. You know what they say about the leading man? He never dies.
If you give in to your impulses in this world, the price is that it changes your personality in the real world. The player and character are one and the same.
Human: Guardian
Norn: Warrior or Ranger
Asura: Engineer
Charr: Warrior
Sylvari: Mesmer
I believe the Legions are well rounded for pretty much every class depending on the character background.
Since every Legion works pretty much by themselves every single one of them needs scouts, soldiers, engineers and so on. To me they look much more as Space Marine chapters than divisions in a single army. The Ash Legion might be sneaky and rely on assassinations but i believe they do have their share of shock troops.
English is not my first language, feel free to point out any mistake so i can keep learning.
Human - guardian
Charr - engineer/warrior
Norn - Ranger
Asura - elementalist
Sylvari - .....no really stereotype. I'd go mesmer if only because it fits the whole woodland sprite thing and the dream (sylvari in T2 cultural light armour look like pixies!)
Sylvari - Ranger, Thief, Necro (I know it seems odd to have the necro in there, but I seem to recall Ree Sosebee saying something like 'not all plants in nature are these bright beautiful things. So I took that as some of the Sylvari emulating harsher plants, some of them that secrete dangerous secretions).
Asura - Engineer, Elementalist
Norn - Warrior, Ranger, Guardian
Human - Thief, Mesmer, Guardian
Charr - Warrior, Necro
