we pay like 30$ for 2mbps but it has a 20gb download + upload limit so once we've capped that we have like 0.5 mpbs....

Near Winona/Goodview/LaCrosse area. My internet was suppose to be for work, so they paid to have fiber ran to my place. Otherwise I would be stuck with home use internet of $40 a month for the same connection. Originally Posted by jizzyburnizzy

Daily limit? Wouldn't worry too much about it with a 2Mbps connection.. I know some student apartments here have a 15Gig daily limit but then again they get to use university grade connection (100/100 or something) for free. Originally Posted by Suff

Fibre optics here (100/10) costs ~30€ (~38 USD), I'm using 10/2 for the same price but when this contract ends I'm sure to pick up some fibre deal.

Dat Upload hopefully when i build my computer i will go with cable internet they are the only ones who have reasonable prices 14.5 Euros for 4096/256 kbit but they have been here for a few years now and still a few times a month internet goes down because cables suck...
