Reforge mastery to haste for leveling? Ele

what is better for leveling mastery or haste? My shaman is running full bis except rings would it be more efficient 2 reforge mastery to haste for leveling? Also im considering getting the passive 5% haster over echo with instant earthquake if it allows it.

Nvm guess I cant, but do your think the 5% haste and instant earthquake is better then echo for leveling? will be aoeing mobs constantly for quests.

Why should it matter? While leveling, it doesn't matter at all.

Leveling at the beginning is so easy that nothing matters. And when it gets more difficult, you will replace your gear anyways pretty fast - and reforging would cost too much time by then. I like mastery more, but that's from just an opionion. If you like haste more, take more haste.

Haste isn't going to help as much as mastery while leveling.

Lava burst plus overload will save you more time than haste takes off your casting to finish something off.
