We are a group of progression minded individuals looking for the right people to fill out our raid team. We only raid 3 hours at a time and want to make that time count, therefore performance will be monitored with World of Logs and various other in game add-ons.

We expect you to know your class, game mechanics and be able to perform to a similar level as the rest of the raid team. We want to be able to trust you to handle any assignments you are given in an encounter. We expect you have vent and add-ons set up and ready to go prior to the raid start, and to let us know if for any reason you cannot attend.

We want to provide an adult environment where you can feel free to have fun without stepping on someone's toes. We use a very simple loot system, main spec will roll then off spec. Patterns and BOE's are rolled as main spec if that character would use or has the profession and needs it, and then open rolled to the raid or sold for guild repairs. The attitude here is any usable loot is an upgrade for the raid, so whoever gets it as long as it's being used it's a good thing. We plan to provide our raiders with the majority of their gems/enchants/flasks/etc. This relies on our own personal farming so supplies may be limited and are first come, first serve.

Right now were looking to fill about 4-5 permanent slots. We are specifically looking for melee and a healer but any exceptional players are welcome to apply.
