    If you're looking to level as fast as possible, always move up. If you're looking to explore, enjoy, and read each quest, no, don't move on.

    At the moment, I would say it depends if you're getting crowded by other people questing. If you're not going for a realm first, only move on if you want to spread out from other people. JF has a very important quest/cinematic in it though as you complete quests.
