So a couple of hours ago I hit 90 and decided not to choose ES and take HP instead. That 20 sec cd might fill the rotation gaps. Question is: how high in priority does HP stand? Where to put it in clcret

Probably at the bottom, damage isn't too great and doesn't generate HP.

ES is below Inq and 5HP TV but above everything else.
